WORK FROM HOME/HOME BASED INSURANCE AGENT
About The Position
The company is hiring remote life insurance sales representatives to help clients who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. Agents typically help 3–5 families each week and average $300–$500 for each family they help. Compensation is 100% commission-based with no cap on earnings. The role uses data-driven systems and lead generation to connect agents with interested clients; warm leads are provided, so cold calling is not required. The company provides training, mentorship, and a lead system. Applicants who are not licensed may receive guidance through the licensing process. Occasional travel for in-person conferences is required. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in life insurance products or willing to obtain a license.
- Must have a computer and phone to service clients.
- Must have an internet connection.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Should be disciplined, honest, confident, passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals, and coachable.
Responsibilities
- Call lead prospects to set up appointments.
- Help each client review coverage options and apply for coverage.
- Follow applications through the underwriting process until clients are covered.
