About The Position
This remote, home-based role involves selling life insurance products to clients who have requested help. Agents typically assist 3–5 families each week and average $300–$500 for each family they help. Compensation is 100% commission-based with no earnings cap. The company provides training, mentorship, a lead system, and guidance for candidates who are not yet licensed. Occasional travel for in-person conferences is required.
Requirements
- Be licensed to sell life insurance products or be willing to obtain a license.
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Have a computer, phone, and internet connection.
- Be disciplined, honest, confident, and passionate about helping people achieve financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Call lead prospects to schedule appointments.
- Help clients review coverage options and apply for coverage.
- Follow applications through underwriting until clients are covered.
