About The Position
This is a remote life insurance sales role with a 100% commission-based income and no earnings cap. Agents help clients who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products, typically serving 3–5 families per week and averaging $300–$500 for each family they help. The company provides training, mentorship, and a lead system with warm prospects who have contacted the company first; cold calling is not required. Candidates who are not yet licensed may receive guidance through the licensing process. Occasional travel is required for in-person conferences.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in life insurance products or be willing to obtain a license.
- Must have a computer, phone, and internet connection to serve clients online.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Should be disciplined, honest, confident, coachable, and passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Call lead prospects to set up appointments.
- Review coverage options with clients and help them apply for coverage.
- Guide applications through the underwriting process until clients are covered.
