About The Position
This remote, home-based life insurance sales role involves helping clients who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. Representatives typically help 3–5 families each week and average $300–$500 for each family they help. Compensation is 100% commission-based with no cap on earnings. The company provides training, mentorship, and a lead system with warm prospects who contacted the company first; cold calling is not required. Occasional travel is required for in-person conferences. Applicants who are not yet licensed may receive guidance through the licensing process.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be licensed in life insurance products or willing to obtain a license.
- Must have a computer and phone to service clients.
- Must have an internet connection.
- The candidate should be disciplined, honest, confident, passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals, and coachable.
Responsibilities
- Call lead prospects to set up appointments.
