About The Position
This remote, home-based role is for life insurance sales representatives who help people seeking life insurance-backed products. Agents typically assist 3–5 families per week and average $300–$500 per family helped. Income is 100% commission-based, with no earnings cap. The company provides training, mentorship, a lead system, and warm leads; cold calling is not required. Occasional work travel for in-person conferences may be expected. Applicants who are not licensed may receive guidance toward licensing.
Requirements
- Must be licensed to sell life insurance products or be willing to obtain a license.
- Must have a computer and phone to serve clients.
- Must have an internet connection.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Should be disciplined, honest, confident, coachable, and passionate about helping people achieve financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Call lead prospects to schedule appointments.
- Review coverage options with each client and help them apply.
- Guide applications through underwriting until clients are covered.
