About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Great Falls, Montana, to build and manage an insurance agency serving educators. The agent will identify and present insurance and financial solutions, develop access to the market, and build relationships with individuals, groups, and the community. The role offers an exclusive territory, a multiline product portfolio, a dedicated Service Representative for client service work, technology and training, and market and relationship-building programs. No external office is required for the first two years. Compensation is performance-based and includes an industry-leading 48-month incentive package and quarterly production incentives during the first 48 months.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong business management skills.
- Resident state Life and Health Insurance License.
- Resident state Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
Nice To Haves
- 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
