About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Appleton, Wisconsin. The agent will build and manage an agency focused on serving educators with insurance solutions and financial security. The role offers a dedicated service representative for client service work, an exclusive territory, technology and training, a multiline product portfolio, and market and relationship-building programs. No external office is required for the first two years. Compensation is performance-based and includes incentives during the first 48 months.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong business management skills.
• Resident state Life and Health Insurance License.
• Resident state Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses if applicable in the region.
