As an Insurance Agent Trainee, you’ll play a vital role in increasing revenue, delivering personalized insurance solutions, and promoting a positive team culture. Requirements

  • Previous sales experience or a demonstrated record of consistently meeting goals
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Passion for sales
  • Commitment to helping clients protect what matters most
  • At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales
  • A coachable mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses
  • Bilingual skills

Responsibilities

  • Driving new business by identifying prospects, reaching out, and converting leads into policyholders
  • Conducting client consultations to determine insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Selling and cross-selling insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews
  • Achieving and surpassing individual sales goals to help drive agency growth
  • Staying current on product knowledge and compliance standards
  • Using CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
  • Participating in team meetings and sales strategy sessions
