Requirements
- At least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and professionalism on the phone, over email, and in person
- A positive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Willingness to secure a Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance license (if not currently licensed)
Nice To Haves
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
Responsibilities
- Building lasting client relationships through calls, networking, and referrals
- Guiding clients to the right insurance coverage for Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial needs
- Achieving and exceeding sales and cross-selling targets
- Responding to warm leads and following up on quotes
- Delivering excellent service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Leveraging digital tools to stay efficient and organized
- Participating in team events, ongoing training, and collaborative growth efforts
