As a Client Advisor, you’ll be instrumental in helping clients safeguard what matters most with tailored insurance solutions and ongoing support. In this role, you’ll consult with new and existing customers, advise on policy options, and ensure clients are confident in their coverage—all in a collaborative and high-energy team environment. Requirements

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and closing new business
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Build relationships and provide exceptional client service throughout the policy lifecycle
  • Help clients navigate and select Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
  • Actively generate new business and manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals through our CRM
  • Set and achieve individual sales goals, contributing to team and agency growth
  • Stay updated on insurance offerings and compliance standards
  • Participate in team meetings, sales strategy sessions, and ongoing training
