About The Position

The Insulation Installer installs company products in accordance with work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role includes preparing for daily assignments, transporting and staging materials, inspecting vehicles and job sites, reporting concerns, and performing warehouse-related duties as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring local travel to job sites and out-of-town travel as required. The work involves prolonged standing and repetitive physical movements, and may require lifting up to 50 pounds. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
Meet the physical requirements of prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
Have good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

Responsibilities

Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines.
Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
