About The Position

The Insulation Installer installs company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role includes preparing for daily assignments, inspecting vehicles and job sites, handling and staging materials, reporting concerns, and performing warehouse duties as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position involving local and daily travel to job sites, with out-of-town travel as required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
Able to meet physical demands that include prolonged standing; repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling; good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity; and lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties.

Responsibilities

Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines.
Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
Complete vehicle safety and job-site inspections.
Safely unload and stage materials at the job site.
Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
