Insulation Installer
About The Position
The Insulation Installer installs company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role includes preparing for daily jobs, conducting vehicle and job-site inspections, transporting and staging materials, reporting concerns, and performing warehouse duties as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position involving local travel to job sites and out-of-town travel as required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- The position is safety-sensitive.
- Able to meet the role’s physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds depending on job duties.
Responsibilities
- Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines.
- Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
- Complete vehicle safety and job-site inspections.
- Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
- Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
- Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
- Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
