About The Position

Structis Company is hiring Insulation Installers to complete weatherization and retrofit insulation projects throughout the New England area. Installers load materials, tools, and equipment onto the truck for each job, install insulation using company-approved methods, maintain a consistent pace to support quality and efficiency, follow safety guidelines, and unload the truck at the end of each day. The role involves working in a multi-temperature environment and repeatedly handling products weighing up to 80 pounds.

The starting wage is $20.00 to $30.00. Requirements

• Must know basic hand tools.
• Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure.
• Be hard-working and goal-oriented.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Have the ability to multi-task.
• Be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required.
• Be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds of product repetitively.
• Have a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Previous insulation and/or carpentry experience is highly desired.
• Previous experience as an insulation laborer.
