About The Position

The Insulation Installer installs company products in accordance with work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role includes reviewing the daily schedule, loading the truck with required products and equipment, conducting vehicle safety and job site inspections, unloading and staging materials, reporting safety, customer, or quality concerns, and performing warehouse duties or other assigned tasks. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring daily travel to job sites, with local travel and out-of-town travel as required.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Hold a valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
Perform other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.
