Insulation Installer ( Tract, Custom, Commercial)
About The Position
The Insulation Installer is responsible for installing company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role also involves preparing for daily jobs, inspecting vehicles and job sites, handling materials, and performing warehouse-related duties as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires local travel, daily trips to job sites, and out-of-town travel as required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged standing and repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling; good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity; physical strength; and lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties.

Responsibilities
- Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
- Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
- Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
- Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
- Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
- Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
