Insulation Installer ( Tract, Custom, Commercial)
About The Position
The Insulation Installer installs company products according to work orders and manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The installer reviews the daily work schedule, loads the truck with required products, tools, and equipment, completes vehicle safety and job-site inspections, and safely unloads and stages materials. The role also involves reporting safety, customer, or quality concerns, performing warehouse-related duties as needed, and completing other assigned duties. Daily travel to local job sites is required, with out-of-town travel as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
- Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties.

Responsibilities

- Complete vehicle safety and job-site inspections.
- Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
- Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
- Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
- Complete other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
- Travel daily to job sites and travel out of town as required.
