About The Position
Brock University is seeking an Instructor for IADM 3F92 - Best Practices in Instructional Design for the Fall/Winter 2026-2027 academic year. This is an in-person position with a nominal workload of 390 hours for a full course, running from September 2026 to April 2027. The compensation for this role is $15,775.20 per full course, effective September 1, 2026. Instructors teaching a 2-hour/week lecture are responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course. Duties include scheduled contact time with students, lecture preparation, student consultation, marking and grading, and course administration.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in interactive media, instructional design, or a related discipline
- Experience managing small to medium sized projects
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching

- Experience in the interactive digital media industry and/or educational technology sector
