Brock University is seeking an Instructor for HLSC 4P59 Winter D3. This position is part of the CUPE4207-1 Employee Group and involves teaching a full course with a nominal 390 hours of work. The instructor will be responsible for scheduled contact time with students, preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking and grading, and course administration. A key component of the course involves Indigenous health issues, requiring the instructor to lead this section in a culturally sensitive manner, potentially partnering with Indigenous Elders or Knowledge Keepers if not self-identifying as Indigenous. The position is effective September 1, 2026, with compensation of $15,775.20 per full course. Instructors teaching a 2-hour/week lecture equivalent are responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course. Positions are subject to course enrollments and budgetary approval.
