About The Position
Brock University is seeking an Instructor for the COSC 3P93 Parallel Computing course for the Fall 2026 academic term. This position is part of the CUPE4207-1 employee group. The compensation for a full course is $15,775.20, with an estimated 390 hours of work. Instructors are responsible for scheduled contact time with students, preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking and grading, and course administration. Requirements
- PhD (complete or enrolled in) in Computer Science or related discipline
- University-level teaching experience in the study of this course
- Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level (letters of reference and course/performance evaluations)

Responsibilities
- Scheduled contact time with students

- Course administration, including grade appeals and cases of academic dishonesty
