About The Position

Linchpin Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to support responsibilities at Fort Bragg, NC. The ISD will serve as the JCS proponent for the Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) Interface Training Program, ensuring operational forces can fully utilize JTO Interface Systems. This role involves the complete lifecycle of planning, developing, coordinating, and managing the JTO training program, including courseware development, formal academic training, and joint exercise support for joint, allied, and coalition air and ground forces. The program annually trains approximately 2000 graduates from 30 Joint/U.S. Training Courses (CONUS and OCONUS) and 500 graduates from 30 Allied Training Courses (OCONUS) for 10 allied nations.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education
  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience with all aspects of the ADDIE process
  • Experience with Moodle and LMS Operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop curriculum, conduct instruction, and maintain JID courses.
  • Design and develop IMI Level 2 and 3 using Articulate Storyline, compliant with SCORM and 508 requirements.
  • Integrate and operate courses within a Moodle or LMS environment.
  • Represent JID at joint and combined interoperability working groups.
  • Provide course planning and administration, which includes development and maintenance of schedules, scheduling hands-on field training, student briefs, handouts and administrative documents, and student notification processes.
  • Develop, instruct, revise, and maintain JID course materials.
  • Perform curriculum reviews, courseware development, and multimedia enhancements, especially in an electronic classroom.
  • Other duties as assigned.
