About The Position

InStride Health is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, build, and manage learning initiatives for its community of providers, including psychiatrists, therapists, and exposure coaches. As a member of the Learning and Development team, this role partners with clinical leaders and subject matter experts to translate complex behavioral health protocols into engaging, practical training that strengthens care for children, teens, young adults, and families. The position is fully remote and calls for a background in online course creation and project management. The Instructional Designer conducts needs assessments, applies instructional design methods, develops e-learning and multimedia content, creates assessments, reviews learning materials for quality and accuracy, and uses learner feedback and analytics to improve curricula. The role also manages project timelines and keeps cross-functional partners informed. InStride Health delivers specialty anxiety and OCD care and aims to expand access to evidence-based, insurance-based treatment.
