The Institutional Sales Compensation Analyst will pay compensation in a timely and accurate manner on business produced through the Institutional Sales Distribution Channel. The Analyst must provide excellent customer service to the distribution team, broker dealer back offices, agents, and other internal/external customers. The Analyst must have in depth knowledge of AWD, Performance Plus, and SCS systems. Ability to answer complex questions regarding the calculation of commissions and in force selling agreements.
