The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for designing and developing predictive commission and financial models to evaluate sales compensation plans and payout scenarios. Additionally, the position requires preparing and maintaining sales compensation documentation, leading continuous improvement initiatives, managing plan distribution, and conducting user acceptance testing for system enhancements.
