About The Position

ZINTEX Remodeling Group is hiring experienced acrylic shower and bath installers for residential bathroom remodeling projects in northwest Louisiana. This is a full-time 1099 independent contractor opportunity for individual installers and small crews. Installers complete projects from tear-out through final detail work in customers’ occupied homes. ZINTEX provides pre-sold, scheduled jobs and local production support; installers are not responsible for finding leads, bidding, or selling projects. Contractors must supply their own suitable vehicle and installation tools. Compensation is commission-based, with a stated range of $140,000–$250,000 per year based on skill, availability, and completed project volume. Installers are paid weekly for completed work.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of bathroom remodeling, home renovation, or home repair experience.
• Hands-on plumbing skills, including experience with valves, fixtures, drains, PEX, tubs, showers, or related bathroom plumbing.
• Ability to complete shower or bath remodels from tear-out through finish work.
• Own a truck, enclosed trailer, box truck, or full-size van capable of transporting materials.
• Own installation tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Strong measuring, cutting, power-tool, and problem-solving skills.
• Clean finish-work standards.
• Professional communication skills with homeowners.
• Business insurance, or willingness to obtain it if selected.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with acrylic shower systems, acrylic tub systems, fiberglass shower or tub systems, tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, one-day bath systems, bathroom remodels, shower replacements, bathtub replacements, wet-area remodeling, residential remodeling, carpentry and trim work, drywall repair, or finish work inside occupied homes.
• Experience with bath remodeling brands or companies such as Jacuzzi, BCI, Onyx, Kohler, Bath Planet, Re-Bath, Bath Fitter, West Shore Home, Leaf Home Bath, MaxHome, Renuity, New Bath Today, Five Star Bath Solutions, Mad City Windows & Baths, Luxury Bath, American Standard Home Services, Home Depot installation services, Lowe’s installation services, or similar companies.
• Ability to work independently, solve field issues, communicate professionally with homeowners, and deliver clean, high-quality installations.
• Experience as an installer, owner/operator, subcontractor, remodeling contractor, or small crew already equipped for 1099 work.

Responsibilities

• Demolish and remove existing tubs, showers, and wet areas.
• Install acrylic shower and bath wall systems, shower pans, bathtubs, surrounds, and related wet-area products.
• Complete tub-to-shower conversions.
• Install or connect plumbing valves, PEX, drains, fixtures, and accessories.
• Perform drywall repair, trim, caulking, and finish work.
• Complete project-specific upgrades such as flooring, cabinets, and countertops when required.
• Take accurate measurements and use standard power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and respectful workspace in occupied homes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and production staff.
• Follow ZINTEX installation standards and job documentation requirements.
• Deliver high-quality work that meets company and customer expectations.
