About The Position

HazTek is seeking an experienced Safety Manager near Shreveport, Louisiana, to oversee safety operations on a commercial construction project. The role is responsible for ensuring OSHA compliance, implementing safety practices, and fostering a culture in which workers can go home safe. The position oversees contractors and subcontractors and safety matters involving fall protection, scaffolding, steel erection, and excavation. Requirements

At least 5 years of direct construction safety experience.
Active OSHA 500 certification and/or BCSP certification.
Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
