About The Position

The company is hiring a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to drive sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and effective communication. This is a commission-driven role with unlimited earning potential. The position is based in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in furniture or retail environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by financial incentives.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of interior design principles.
• Additional education or training in sales or interior design.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information and recommendations on furniture and home decor products.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
• Help customers select and purchase furniture, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Keep current on product knowledge, industry trends, and inventory changes.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and training sessions.
