About The Position

The Installer is responsible for installing company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role involves preparing for daily jobs, completing vehicle and job-site inspections, handling and staging materials, reporting safety, customer, or quality concerns, and performing warehouse duties as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring daily travel to job sites, with local travel and out-of-town travel as required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing and repetitive motions; bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling; good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity; and physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines.
• Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job-site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Perform other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.
