About The Position
The Foundation Waterproofing installer installs company products according to work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role includes preparing for daily jobs, inspecting vehicles and job sites, unloading and staging materials, and reporting safety, customer, or quality concerns. Warehouse-related duties and other assigned tasks may also be required. This is a safety-sensitive position involving local travel and daily travel to job sites, with out-of-town travel as required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required when operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged standing; repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling; good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity; and lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties.
Responsibilities
- Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer guidelines, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
- Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
- Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
- Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
- Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
- Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
