About The Position
Step into a leadership role where you can grow, inspire and Make Your Mark with Hallmark. This is a part-time position with a variable schedule, primarily daytime hours Monday - Friday. Holiday availability will include the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends. The role involves executing new department installations, remodels, and floor sets, leading a team effectively to complete projects on time, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met. You will organize project details, direct the team onsite, and follow up with clients. The role also includes supervising, coaching, and motivating your team, providing clear direction and support, addressing store concerns and execution challenges, building strong relationships with store management, and balancing leadership responsibilities with physical, in-store work.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
- Comfortable using smart phone technology
- Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory
- Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks
- Strong communicator and motivator
- Organized, dependable, and adaptable
- A problem-solver who leads by example
- Comfortable working independently while supporting a team
Responsibilities
- Execute New Department Installations, Remodels and Floor Sets
