About The Position

Step into a leadership role where you can grow, inspire and Make Your Mark with Hallmark. This is a part-time position with a variable schedule, primarily daytime hours Monday - Friday, with availability required during the weeks before and after major holidays, which may include weekends. The role involves leading a team to execute new department installations, remodels, and floor sets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will organize project details, direct the team onsite, and follow up with clients. This role requires balancing leadership responsibilities with physical, in-store work and managing time effectively across multiple projects. You will also address store concerns, execution challenges, and build strong relationships with store management.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Able to read, write and communicate in English
Comfortable using smart phone technology
Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory
Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks
Strong communicator and motivator
Organized, dependable, and adaptable
A problem-solver who leads by example
Comfortable working independently while supporting a team

Responsibilities

Execute New Department Installations, Remodels and Floor Sets
Lead your team effectively to complete installation projects on time
Ensure timelines and budgets are met for each project
Organize project details before, direct team onsite and follow-up on installations with clients
Supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple projects
Provide clear direction and support your team both in person and remotely
Address store concerns and execution challenges
Build strong relationships with store management to deliver top-notch results
Balance leadership responsibilities with physical, in store work
Manage time effectively across multiple projects
