About The Position

This is a part-time position with weekly pay, paid training and travel reimbursement, and insurance options including dental, vision, accident, and critical illness. You will gain leadership experience with a nationally recognized brand and receive training and support from seasoned Hallmark Field Supervisors.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Able to read, write and communicate in English
Comfortable using smart phone technology
Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory
Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks
Strong communicator and motivator
Organized, dependable, and adaptable
A problem-solver who leads by example
Comfortable working independently while supporting a team
Regularly lift 30 - 50 lbs.
Push, pull, kneel, squat, stand and walk for extended periods
Work on sales floors and in stockrooms

Responsibilities

Execute New Department Installations, Remodels and Floor Sets
Lead your team effectively to complete installation projects on time
Ensure timelines and budgets are met for each project
Organize project details before, direct team onsite and follow-up on installations with clients
Supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple projects
Provide clear direction and support your team both in person and remotely
Address store concerns and execution challenges
Build strong relationships with store management to deliver top-notch results
Balance leadership responsibilities with physical, in store work
Manage time effectively across multiple projects
