About The Position
Step into a leadership role where you can grow, inspire and Make Your Mark with Hallmark. This is a part-time position with a variable schedule, primarily daytime hours Monday - Friday. Holiday availability will include the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends. The role involves executing new department installations, remodels, and floor sets, leading a team effectively to complete installation projects on time, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and organizing project details before, directing the team onsite, and following up on installations with clients. You will also supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple projects, provide clear direction and support both in person and remotely, address store concerns and execution challenges, and build strong relationships with store management to deliver top-notch results. The role requires balancing leadership responsibilities with physical, in-store work and managing time effectively across multiple projects.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
- Comfortable using smart phone technology
- Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory
- Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks
- Strong communicator and motivator
- Organized, dependable, and adaptable
- A problem-solver who leads by example
- Comfortable working independently while supporting a team
