About The Position

This is a part-time leadership position focused on executing new department installations, remodels, and floor sets. You will lead your team effectively to complete installation projects on time, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. The role involves organizing project details, directing the team onsite, and following up with clients. You will also supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple projects, providing clear direction and support both in person and remotely. Addressing store concerns, execution challenges, and building strong relationships with store management are key aspects of this role. You will balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on, in-store work and manage your time effectively across multiple projects.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Able to read, write and communicate in English
- Comfortable using smart phone technology
- Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory
- Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks
- Strong communicator and motivator
- Organized, dependable, and adaptable
- A problem-solver who leads by example
- Comfortable working independently while supporting a team
- Regularly lift 30 - 50 lbs.
- Push, pull, kneel, squat, stand and walk for extended periods
- Work on sales floors and in stockrooms
