About The Position
Join Air Experts in partnership with ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. This is a full-time, year-round position with weekly pay via direct deposit, paid training and onboarding, and insurance available after 31 days. Requirements
- Permitting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities
- Experience with permitting and permit tracking, particularly in the HVAC or construction industries
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple permits and ensure timely submission and completion
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors to coordinate and schedule necessary inspections
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
