About The Position

The Installation Manager develops and evaluates installed programs designed to sell products that require suppliers to install them. The role also involves hiring, training, and evaluating installation managers; qualifying new labor sources; and reducing risk and liability to ensure profitable programs.

Requirements

• Experience using spreadsheet software.
• Experience using internet software.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical reports, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring installation personnel, including installers and installation managers.
• Train installation managers.
• Evaluate installation managers and programs.
• Assist with bids and sales presentations.
• Interview, qualify, and contract subcontractors as labor sources.
• Develop policies and procedures for installed programs.
