About The Position

Out of the Woods Custom Cabinetry is seeking a motivated, hands-on Installation Manager to lead installation crews and ensure projects run smoothly. The role focuses on coordinating installers and helpers, managing schedules and job-site priorities, ensuring materials are ready, and delivering quality installations. The manager works with production teams to resolve issues, develops employees, tracks project resources and progress, and communicates with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of cabinetry installation, tools, and materials.
• Excellent organization, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort working in both shop and job-site environments.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet company driving and insurability requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., with or without assistance.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of custom cabinetry installation experience preferred.
• Five or more years of installation, production, or manufacturing management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of cabinet installers and helpers.
• Manage installation schedules, service calls, and job-site priorities.
• Ensure materials and supplies are ready for efficient installations.
• Conduct job-site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Work with production teams to resolve issues and minimize delays.

• Track labor hours, resources, and project progress.
