About The Position

Team Sunshine is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inspections & Scheduling Coordinator to manage and streamline solar installation and post-installation inspection processes. The role ensures installations and inspections are scheduled promptly, routes are efficient, and work is completed successfully while maintaining strong customer service and interdepartmental communication. The coordinator works with homeowners, local building departments, installation and inspection teams, and internal departments to support project progression and maintain accurate compliance documentation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Schedule solar installations and inspections with local building departments and coordinate directly with homeowners.
Plan and manage daily routes for installation and inspection teams to maximize efficiency.
Obtain and file signed Certificates of Completion (COCs) from inspectors.
Track and coordinate re-inspections as needed, working with the Operations Manager and Service Manager on failed inspections.
Collaborate with permitting, project management, and service departments to ensure smooth project progression.
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the installation and inspection process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to installations, inspections, and compliance.
