Hoffman Hydronics is seeking qualified professionals for an Inside Sales position. The ideal candidate will uphold company core values, manage accounts, provide excellent customer service, and stay updated on market pricing and product knowledge. This role involves managing the order entry process, coordinating deliveries, acting as a first responder for customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless product delivery through effective communication between customers, sales engineers, and factories. The position requires processing sales orders and quotations in CRM (Netsuite), researching upcoming jobs, performing preliminary take-offs, maintaining project schedules, and developing Installation Operations and Maintenance Manuals. The Inside Sales person will also work closely with manufacturers to resolve issues and coordinate equipment start-ups and warranty resolutions, while remaining knowledgeable about company products and technologies. Other tasks may be assigned by management.
