About The Position
Milwaukee company is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Assistant to support sales persons with quoting/estimating and processing of orders. Duties include helping sales to manage the current customer base as well as working on new customer development. The ideal candidate has previous background in a similar role at a manufacturing or distribution company working with metals and or a technical products. Must be skilled at maintaining strong customer relationships and expediting subcontract work with vendors.
Requirements
- College and or Technical degree or equivalent Job history
- Working knowledge of the steel industry
- Blue print reading
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Multi-task
- Strong customer service skills
Nice To Haves
