About The Position

Form Services, Inc. is seeking dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Associates to support our sales team in driving revenue growth and providing exceptional customer service. This individual will engage with potential and existing customers through phone, email, digital channels, and in person to qualify leads, share product information, and support the sales process from inquiry to close. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for sales, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. This position is also expected to support overall company operations as needed, which may occasionally include tasks outside the core responsibilities listed below.

Requirements

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience in construction or building materials (masonry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of masonry materials, applications, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Team player with a customer-first attitude.
• Experience supporting contractor and builder accounts.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with reading blueprints or construction drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding masonry products and services.
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, including recommendations and solutions.
• Prepare and process quotes, orders, and purchase requests accurately and efficiently.
• Develop strong relationships with existing accounts to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Partner with outside sales staff to support customer needs and assist with larger project opportunities.
• Track inventory levels, check stock availability, and coordinate with operations for order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
• Assist with sales reporting, pricing updates, and promotional efforts.
