The Inside Sales Representative will work with our team to manage existing customer accounts, create new customer opportunities, and exceed customer satisfaction expectations. You will interact with outside sales, engineering, manufacturing, and shipping to deliver products to our customers. The ideal candidate has a passion for communicating and building relationships with customers, and enjoys working with a team to provide leading-edge industry solutions in power transmission and material handling applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft AX is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Complete an extensive hands-on training program including time in a manufacturing environment on the shop floor.
  • Focus on career growth and personal development.
  • Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base for product and pricing information, order status, or delivery confirmation.
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery; working closely with our machine shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders.
  • Enter orders and quotes custom manufactured components and systems, and perform quote follow-ups in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate with Outside Sales on open opportunities in their sales territories and work together to grow customer sales.
  • Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding equipment use, applications, operation, and maintenance.
