About The Position

Bauer Built is hiring an Inside Sales team member at its Blaine, Minnesota location. The role assists customers with selecting tires and automotive services, handles customer inquiries and sales transactions, and coordinates with shop staff to support timely service completion. The position also involves staying informed about products, promotions, pricing, and industry trends; addressing customer concerns; and maintaining an orderly, safe front-counter and work area. Bauer Built is a Midwest tire distribution and service company founded in 1944 and headquartered in Durand, Wisconsin. It operates service centers and manufacturing plants across ten Midwestern states.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting tires and automotive services suited to their needs and budget.
Professionally handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM or POS systems.
Coordinate with service technicians and shop staff to support timely installation and service completion.
Stay current on product offerings, promotions, pricing, and industry trends.
Address customer complaints, concerns, and warranty questions professionally and with a solution-oriented approach.
Maintain a clean, organized front-counter and work area while following safety policies and procedures.
