About The Position
Builders is seeking a full-time Inside Sales professional to join their team. This role involves assisting customers with lumber and building materials in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an opportunity to learn and grow within the company, with potential to move into Inside Sales Support and earn commission. Builders has been serving the lumber and building materials industry since 1977 and operates in Nebraska and Colorado. They are a family-oriented company focused on building relationships with customers, providing quality products, and outstanding customer service for both residential and commercial building needs. Their customer base includes contractors, builders, remodelers, and do-it-yourselfers.
Requirements
- Knowledge of lumber and building materials is helpful.
- Desire to learn and grow is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred to assist customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with lumber and building materials.
- Place special orders.
- Prepare quotes.
- Prepare orders for delivery of products to the job site.
- Wait on customers.
- Answer telephone inquiries.
- Knowledge of products and vendors.
