About The Position

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales - Window Specialist to help customers purchase products for roofing, building, and remodeling projects. The role provides customer service and sales support, including understanding customer needs, recommending products and solutions, processing sales orders and payments, coordinating pickups and deliveries, maintaining stock, and resolving service concerns. Experience in windows and/or sales or installation is required. The position is at ABC Supply, a wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products.

Requirements

• Experience in windows and/or sales or installation is required.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows, such as roofing supply sales or site work with a crew.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time and all items are accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns.
