About the position
We are seeking an Inside Sales Team Lead to join our team at PAX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Inside Sales Associates and driving revenue through lead and order generation. You will also work closely with the sales teams to develop sales strategies and increase market penetration. Additionally, you will handle tactical requirements for new account onboarding and ensure compliance documentation is up to date. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and operate in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Concurrently manage a team of Inside Sales Associates while individually managing a book of business
- Hire, develop, and train all inside sales associates
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Directors and Sales Operations to analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Evaluate and set sales objectives on an account basis
- Integrate efforts into the broader region's tracking and account management
- Forge new relationships and understand market dynamics and demand
- Facilitate dispensary support and order fulfillment
- Handle account creation in systems of record
- Provide accounts reconciliation support (invoices, payment submission)
- Ensure compliance documentation is up to date for all new and existing target retailers
- Onboard/train customers as needed
- Ensure all new accounts uploaded to SFDC/SOR
- Develop, communicate, and execute inside sales account gameplans
- Monitor and track the activity of the Inside Sales team
- Report on performance to the Regional Sales Directors and broader commercial leadership team
- Evaluate PAX online dispensary menu presence and identify opportunities to enhance placement, product descriptions, and imagery.

- Excellent time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in sales.
