As an Inside Sales Specialist at Klinge Corporation, part of the Trane Technologies brand portfolio and world’s leading manufacturer of specialized refrigerated transport containers, you will support our sales team and help deliver outstanding service to our customers. In this role, you will build relationships, support sales growth, prepare quotes, coordinate with internal teams, and help customers find the right solutions for their needs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of sales, customer service, account support, or inside sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • HVAC, industrial, or technical product knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support outside sales teams with account management and sales activities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual communication
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales-related documentation
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
  • Identify sales opportunities and help grow existing accounts
  • Coordinate with operations, service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in company systems
  • Help resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to build product and sales knowledge
