About The Position

Trackunit is a fast-growing company and a leading supplier of IoT solutions, operating out of many offices worldwide. Trackunit specializes in digital solutions that connect machines, people, and systems in the global construction industry. The construction industry is the least digitalized industry of all. This lack of digitalization has left construction far behind a global economy on the rise and placed the industry as one of the least productive industries too. We are looking for an Inside Sales Support specialist to provide flexible, dependable coverage across our Commercial teams in the AME region — and to act as the go-to reference and training point for the ISS function across Trackunit globally.

Requirements

• Experience in a sales support, sales operations, or similar commercial support role.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and shifting priorities — KAM, SDR, ENT OEM, and ENT Rental.
• A high degree of ownership and autonomy — you resolve complex or exceptional cases without needing to be told how.
• Process-minded, with an interest in shaping how a growing function works, not just following it.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support across KAM, SDR, ENT OEM, and ENT Rental as priorities shift.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives involving RAB, Marketing, and Tech through to delivery.
• Contribute to team commercial strategy, tooling choices, and RevOps direction.
• Act as the ISS reference point in the organization, representing the function across regions.
• Help ensure operational continuity across the team and the wider ISS function.
