Our Inside Sales and Customer Service Specialists build personal relationships with many of our customers, consistently finding innovative solutions to their problems. When not hard at work, we enjoy team-building activities, such as supporting local eateries or hosting backyard barbeques. This isn't about aggressive pitching or hard selling. We are looking for a relationship-driven partner who excels at asking the right questions to truly understand our clients' visions. You'll own your customer relationships from the first conversation to the finished product: answering inquiries, building quotes, following up, and moving each order through to completion. You'll work alongside our existing sales team and coordinate with design and production to get jobs done right. Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in high-impact, customer-facing, or sales-driven environments (exposure to the print, signage, or marketing industry is a major plus).
  • Someone who naturally converses with business owners as a consultant rather than a high-pressure salesperson.
  • Professional experience handling phone calls, call routing, taking/processing detailed job orders, and staying organized in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A demonstrated ability to actively drive sales growth and exceed performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in, email, E-commerce, and phone customers.
  • Proactively build and follow up on sales leads from incoming inquiries and referrals.
  • Recommend excellent products and follow Brand Standards.
  • Handle project paperwork and follow procedures from start to finish.
  • Prepare estimates and follow up on them.
  • Update customers on order status and schedule changes.
  • Keep the retail space clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Handle invoicing, project paperwork, and weekly status reports to support the team.
  • Embrace the “Everybody Sells” mindset and spot sales opportunities.
