About The Position
Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring for an Inside Sales Specialist/Technical Sales Support. This role involves immersing oneself into the world of ultrasonic welding, where the company develops and builds machines that join plastics, packaging materials, nonwovens and metals with ultrasonic vibrations. This technology is applicable in various industries including medical, electronics, food, and automotive.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience OR equivalent combination of experience and education
- Strong organizational skills
- Sales Mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word, Teams)
Nice To Haves
- Project management skillset is a plus
Responsibilities
- Technical support including relationship building with selected customers and/or partners
- Concept documentation and preparation of quotations
- Close, interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments of the company
- Preparation of requirement and functional specifications
- Technical support of the sales department worldwide
- Project management during the order acquisition and order realization phase as well as for internal projects
